Dr. Ayman Awad Zaki Awad

Lecturer of Accounting and Auditing at the Faculty of Commerce – Damanhour University. Holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy in Accounting (specialization in Financial Accounting) in 2021 and a Master's degree in Accounting in 2015. He has extensive academic and professional experience since 2010 in teaching accounting courses to undergraduate and postgraduate students, in addition to expertise in quality assurance, academic accreditation, and digital transformation. He has authored several academic textbooks in accounting and information systems and published research papers in the fields of auditing and control. He has held various administrative positions, including Deputy Head of the Quality Assurance Unit and Director of the Information Technology Unit at the Faculty of Commerce. He has also participated in training staff and students on quality and digital transformation skills.

Title of the Dissertation : The Responsiveness of the Capital Market to the Informational Content of Insider Trading: An Empirical Study on Companies Listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.

Thesis Title:The Relationship Between the Level of Accounting Conservatism in Financial Statements Before and During the Global Financial Crisis and Firm Value: An Applied Study on Companies Listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
